The hotel's location was good, very close to Aven where kids can play next to the pool. The rooms didn't have much natural light and could hear a bit of noise from other rooms at night, making it a little old. The service was really nice and helpful, offering room service, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance. The pool area and overall location are not particularly well maintained or attractive, but the kids' play area next to the pool was a nice touch. The traditional shabu-shabu dining experience after getting a plate was enjoyable.
Overall, the hotel is decent with a few drawbacks. The rooms lack natural light and AC, and some noise from other rooms can be heard at night. On the positive side, the service is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, although the pool area could use some maintenance.
